Why hello, little blog that I have abandoned.
Things have been crazy over here at The Greener Bean. After a weekend in New Hampshire celebrating the 4th of July with family, I am back in New York and in the midst of another work week. Time to get back to blogging… and more importantly exercising and healthy eats!
I have to come clean and be honest… I have not run in two weeks. Yoga has been put on the back burner. I have been snacking on way too many treats. OY.
Working full time, it can be really hard to get that work out in. It can be hard to find the time to cook healthy meals and it can be even harder to find the time to blog about it! A lot of my favorite bloggers don’t have full time jobs. They work from home, freelance, or are in school — giving them the flexibility to blog throughout the day.
My schedule is a bit more tricky, but I do believe that it can be done! Other people do it. They do it with a kid. They do it with four kids! It just takes planning and commitment. I have to find what works for me and stay true to that — and hopefully one day I will get to some sort of balance. A balance that will lead me to living the active, healthy lifestyle that I picture myself living.
